The International Center for Intercultural Communication, ICIC, is a university-based research and service organization created to facilitate the expanding global linkages of the city of Indianapolis and the state of Indiana by developing and extending expertise in Intercultural Communication and Language for Specific Purposes. The Center is part of the IU School of Liberal Arts Department of English at IUPUI.
