I contracted with the Center to perform descriptive assessments and evaluations of 12 federal grant programs administered by ICJI. The ICJI asked the Center to examine subgrantee files and assess the process of subgrantee grant applications and the extent to which reported performance of services is consistent with their proposals. The major purpose of each assessment is to determine whether subgrantees are producing the services proposed in grant applications, and to compile any performance information contained within ICJI’s internal subgrantee files.en
