dc.description.abstract | Through a partnership with MIBOR, Center researchers have access to the Multiple Listing Service sales database, which will help answer questions about how public choices affect property values. Using hedonic models, this issue brief shows that neighborhood characteristics ranging from school quality to property taxes have significant effects on property values. The researchers use urban trails and greenways in Indianapolis to illustrate the complexities. | en |
