Abstract
Article describes the Main Street Program, a program which is a process based upon implementation strategy for locally initiated goals and objectives. Being a Main Street community means implementing a comprehensive economic revitalization effort based upon organization, promotion, design and economic restructuring. Criteria for National and Ohio Main Street designation as well as services available to communities that are selected are also given.
