Center for Health Policy, 2006-08-31) Lawson, Anthony; Wright, Eric R.The Indiana State Maternal & Child Health Early Childhood Comprehensive System (ECCS) was conceived as an initiative to engage state agencies, community partners and families of young children to develop a coordinated, comprehensive, community-based system of services for young children from birth to age six. The creation of this system is designed to eliminate duplicated efforts to provide services to young children and their families while ensuring these efforts are applied universally across the state. Overall, this initiative is intended to support ease of access to needed services, increase the utilization of appropriate services, and ensure that a holistic system of care supports young children and their families. This report outlines the methods the evaluation team will use to evaluate this initiative. This project began in July of 2006 and is scheduled to be completed on August 31, 2007.Item Survey of Youth-serving Agencies in Marion County(IUPUI (Campus). Center for Health Policy, 2008-09-24) Wright, Eric R.; Clendenning, DanielThis report documents the findings of a survey of youth-serving agencies in Marion County commissioned by the Early Intervention Planning Council of the City-County Council of Indianapolis and Marion County. Information collected on youth-serving agencies included details on the amount and source of their revenues, the number of employees (adult and youth) and volunteers, the programs offered by each agency, and the respondents' perceptions of their own agencies.
