    Evaluation of Grassroots Volunteer Leadership Development Training 2003-2004 Conducted by Points of Light Foundation

    This report summarizes (1) the evaluation results of the Training of Trainers (TOT) program conducted in November 2003 by the Points of Light Foundation staff; (2) the follow-up reports completed by TOT graduates after they started training sessions in their local areas; and (3) evaluations from participants of those local programs. The purpose of the TOT program was to provide nonprofit leaders with the skills and information necessary to train other nonprofit leaders in their own communities.

    Results of a Survey of Points of Light Foundation's Constituents: Engagement of Low-Income Communities and Awareness of the Concept of Neighboring

    This report summarizes the results of a survey conducted in November 2004 of Points of Light Foundation constitutents. The purpose of the survey was to measure the general awareness of POLF's initiative, Building Connections: Transforming Neighborhoods and Strengthening Families, which is funded by the Annie E. Casey Foundation. One of POLF's goals in this initiative was to integrate the message of volulnteering as a method of transforming neighborhoods and strengthening families into all exisiting programs where and when appropriate.
