    The Location of Nonprofit Organizations Influences Residential Housing Prices

    This report describes an analysis of the effect of nonprofit organizations on residential property values. The results show that the contribution of nearby nonprofit organizations to the prices in Indianapolis of houses sold is significant.

    The Nonprofit Sector Plays a Vital Role in Central Indiana Urban Areas

    The goal of this report is to provide information about the nonprofit sector in Central Indiana. Researchers surveyed 1,112 IRS category 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in seven Central Indiana urban areas, including six Metropolitan Statistical Areas (Indianapolis, Bloomington, Kokomo, Lafayette, Muncie, and Terre Haute) as well as Columbus/Bartholomew County.
